Job Purpose

• Supervise and troubleshoot technical operations related issue including defects rectification works, repair and upgrading works

Job Responsibilities

Operations

• Supervise and monitor external stakeholders including Consultant, Contractor and Local Authorities (LA) including internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the technical operations related works
• Assist on quotation call for the urgent, maintenance and rectification works
• Supervise and monitor defects rectification works accordance to SOP and manage payment for Contractors
• Supervise and monitor the general maintenance work of infra and landscape for areas yet to be handed over to LA
• Monitor the maintenance of unsold property and manage complaints received from residents
• Assist in coordinating monthly payment for utilities bill and process of handing over to authority
• Assist in coordinating for CSR activities and events for Resident Associations( RA)
• Monitor Auxiliary Police (AP) and ensure smooth running on operations
• Liaise and build rapport with LA ie. Majlis Bandaraya, Majlis Perbandaran, TNB, Syabas, IWK etc.
• Assist in preparing monthly maintenance report

Education / Professional Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil) or any relevant qualifications in Property Development
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Township Operations 
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang / Selangor
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
