Organisational Relationships (External Parties)
  • Media Planner and creative agencies - Work closely with agency on media buy and performance report.
  • Social media and social listening agencies -  Work with social media agencies to coordinate social media schedules and postings.
  • Technology and data partners - Keep updated with latest updates and best utilize existing technology, tools, and methodologies.
Job Purpose
  • Drive performance optimization across all marketing platforms and initiatives where data is available and traceable.
  • Maintain data architecture (across all existing and future data points), data governance and protection to ensure accuracy, reliability, scalability, and safety.
  • Provides insights and relevant information to support all marketing, branding, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Analyze data and information to generate actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Drive data awareness and adoption across business users. Educating and provide suitable support based on organization’s level of maturity.
Key Challenges
  • Meeting and achieving above sales target committed subject to competency of the internal parties and favorable external environments.
  • Meeting dateline/process timeline approved subject to competency to the internal and external parties.
  • Adherence to statutory and regulatory requirement.
Education/Professional Qualification

Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, Staticstics, Mathematics, or related

Professional Experience
  • Digitally savvy. Able to understand how marketing works and able to understand data and technology.
  • Strong interest in business analytics, insights and data models.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to translate insights, trends and patterns to action plans
  • Previous experience in a data-related and analytical role is preferred.

Skills

  • Research, Statistical methods and data analytics
  • Salesforce, VBA, SQL, Python, R, other data-related skillset is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in property development, property research, and related is preferred
  • Proactive, self-starter, and independent.
