Job Purpose
  • Support Head, Digital Transformation in digital strategy, research and technology evaluation.
  • Understand existing business process and identify area of opportunities to digitalize and transform.
  • Establish relationship with business and industry partners to understand business pain points, technology limitations, and product lifecycle.
  • Work together with business stakeholder to ensure smooth digital transformation across the business and ensures proper adoption and change management.
  • Use management consulting skills to drive digital strategy realisation by enabling digital improvements for stakeholders
Job Responsibilities

Financial

  • Understand and analyze cost benefit of existing versus available solution.
  • Financial modelling for technology-related costs and business value/benefit.
  • Allocate budgets across projects and ensures proper utilization.

 

Operational

  • Pain points analysis and solution design, and results tracking
  • Work closely with the DX Project Manager, DX Application Development Lead and stakeholders across all digital transformation initiatives
  • Execute digital transformation blueprint and updates digital adoption journey.
  • Manages project prioritization in line with business and industry needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to build fit-for-purpose solutions often within complex and interdependent processes, including external public and private sector services, with a focus on enterprise architecture across the entire organisation and industry where applicable

 

 

Job Responsibilities (Con't)

Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Ensures solution delivery as per solution design and DX guidelines
  • Ensure solution and component long term reusability 

Customer

  • Provide technical development advisory / consultative role to stakeholders within the company
  • Liaise with peers within the department to fulfill Group IT requirements
  • Attending training for self-development in project management, leadership competencies, etc
  • Attending mandatory training to maintain registration to acquired competencies
  • Promote the value and potential of the DX unit through effective networking at relevant seminars, conferences and social media platforms as permitted by the Digital Transformation Lead/s
  • Contributing to communication efforts in advocating and celebrating digital adoption success/benefits: both internally and externally

Education/Professional Qualification

Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or any technical degree or similar qualifications related to IT

Professional Experience
  • Minimum six (6) years’ experience in consulting, business development, strategy, or operational execellence role
  • Experience in technical analysis, business analysis, financial modelling, pain point analysis, and optimization
  • Experienced and exposed to development framework, fundamentals of technology and digitalization.
  • Experienced in preparing business cases, proposals, and evaluating proposals
  • Strong stakeholder management (internal and external)
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Data analysis, visualization and insights exploration.
  • Prior experience in technology solution design, and customer experience design.
  • Prior experience in change management and technology adoption
