Ensure payment advice are processed accordingly and timely as per SOP

Ensure contractual compliances b, providing necessary guidelines.

Suppliers/Vendors Establish relationship with Suppliers/vendors to know market rates of materials, new materials in the market.

 

Job Purpose
  • Responsible to develop and refine the Group Procurement Policies & Authorities (GPPA) and assists in development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which will fulfil the business needs and create competitive advantages.
  • Responsible to ensure the overall general procurement processes (i.e. from sourcing stage  to payment) are in place within the organization.
  • Provide support as necessary on vendor management related matters and procurement systems within the organization.
  • To collaborate and communicate effectively Procurement policies and procedures with internal stakeholders (all relevant departments, BUs and OUs)

Education/Professional Qualification

Degree in Engineering / Construction Management or any discipline

Professional Experience
  • Exposure to Consultancy
    • Professional working experience in quantity surveying consultancy firm
  • Exposure to Project Management
    • Professional working experience in project management
  • Exposure to Property Development
    • Professional working experience in property development
