Job Purpose

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in the facility operations, energy consumption, maintenance of the facilities, infrastructure, buildings, with the aim of being operationally efficient
• Assist in ensuring all programme runs as plan and ensure the improvement of the mall and the building.
• Assist in planning, organizing and execution of the maintenance repairs, minor installation and replacement to ensure smooth running of the mall operations
• To supervise the Supervisor Fit-Out for any fit-out works that been carried on by tenants.

Education/Professional Qualification

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Technical Engineering or in related fields

Professional Experience

Relevant professional qualification eg: CIDB Green Card

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in facilities management/maintenance management/ building operations maintenance

• BU/OU/Support Department operating parameters;
• Laws, rules and regulations impacting BU/OU/Support Department area of operations;

• The basic application of risk management in the BU/OU/Support Department area of operations;
