  • Handle all mails
  • Daily newspapers
  • Assist in any administrative and ad hoc assignments as and when required

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive make or transfer call and take messages for the representative office personnel.
  • Respond to general inquiries from members, guest and visitors.
  • Welcome members and visitors promptly, courteously and professionally

  • To coordinate all mails and parcels in and out of the Office
  • Receive and distribute newspapers to respective department.
  • Assist in any Administration and ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
